This is an expedited way to learn French in your own time! Using the 8 audio tracks included in this pack, you will optimise your capacity to learn the French language quickly and easily. Developed in conjunction with Olivier Maxted (French teacher and author of the SoundBath Healing MP3 series) this program utilizes a proven format to learn 450 of the most common French words and phrases. This is more than enough for any person travelling to France to get by, or for those simply wanting to start learning this beautiful language as a hobby.

A Unique 3 Part Approach

Part 1: Sleep Learning (Hypnopedia)

This section comprises 4 separate tracks. Each of these 4 tracks start off with a spoken hypnotic induction to help get you into a nice relaxing light trance. Following this are all the different French words and phrases repeated 3 times by Olivier, with a special relaxation enhancing background soundtrack. The music is courtesy from Olivier's SoundBath Healing series with gentle binaural beats added for extra effect. The purpose for the hypnotic induction & music is to lower your brainwaves into an optimal state of light trance where the sleep learning takes place. Also known as Hypnopedia, this is a very effective way to learn any type of new content, especially a new language. Doing this the repeated words and phrases are more readily absorbed into your memory banks and then easily recalled when you need to use them. The new words will become more and more familiar the more you use the prgram, until such point where you find it easy to apply them in a French conversation.

Part 2: Awake Learning Tracks

To solidify the process, we have also included the same words and phrases without the sleep background soundtrack. In it's place is light upbeat music so you can listen to these tracks while you go about your day. Some good times to use this section of the program include while you are driving, working, or doing household chores. Essentially any time you have the opportunity throughout the day is fine. The purpose of this is to provide additional conscious reinforcement to remember the 450 new words and phrases.

Part 3: Hypnosis Track for Learning a Foreign Language

Included in this program is the separately available 'Hypnosis for Learning a Foreign Language'. The purpose of including this session in this program is to further enhance your learning abilities through the power of hypnosis. Used in conjunction with the other components, this track will help you expedite the learning process by essentially helping you to learn to learn better. It will enhance your internal memory mechanisms and the flow of information from what you learn to using it in daily conversation.

Instructions For Use

There is no one particular way to get the most from this program - ultimately it is up to you and how fast you are learning. In saying this, it may take some people 2 weeks to learn all the words and others may take 4-5 weeks or even longer. This will differ from person to person, however you will know it is time to stop using the program when you easily remember all the words and phrases.

Here are some general guidelines:

• Use at least one of the 'Sleep Learning' tracks each night for 4 nights a week. Alternate between the 4 recordings equally. It is also fine to use multiple tracks on repeat if you wish.
• Use the 'Hypnosis' Track for the other 3 nights per week. It may also be beneficial to only use the hypnosis track for the first 1-2 weeks to simply prepare yourself first.
• Use the different 'Awake Learning' tracks during the day while you go about your routine. You can use these as much or as little as you like.
