Overcome Bedwetting Children's Meditation

Helps Children Become Aware & Not Scared When They Need to Wake Up & Go to the Toilet

I made this guided meditation to help instill new bedtime patterns for children who have trouble wetting their bed. It utilizes a guided meditation with positive metaphorical techniques to help them wake up and go to the toilet if they need to. It will help them not be afraid of getting up, and once they have gone to the bathroom and washed their hands, they will go back to bed and fall right back asleep. These new patterns are presented to them in the form of a meditative story incorporating super hero characters. This special format will help capture the child's imagination and become immersed in the story. I find this is the best ways of introducing new behaviors to a child by allowing them to find their own solutions and become a part of the whole process rather than just telling them to do something.

Metaphors & Suggestion Through Meditation to Help Stop Bedwetting

In the recording you will hear my voice as well as a very relaxing background soundtrack of light classical music. I start by guiding the child into a nice relaxing place, helping them switch off and enter into deep relaxation. From there I will take them through some simple exercises helping give them confidence and awareness. After this I introduce a Super Hero character who is incorporated as a symbolic positive influence in the meditation. From here we go through ways of understanding and developing new abilities to wake up and go to the toilet if they need to. Most importantly this is a presented in a way that the child understand and put into place in their own unique creative way. I also make sure that understand they should wash their hands afterwards and go straight back to bed knowing they can fall asleep again nice and easily.

Children just like us adults have a lot to gain from the relaxation benefits meditation offers. This program is a great way to introduce this to your child which will help create emotional balance ad peace within. There are also many physical benefits from daily meditation and relaxation, and incorporating this into their life from a young age will certainly help later down the track in adult life.

Designed to Supplement Quality 'One on One' Time

When my daughter Kiarne was little I used to use the exact same meditation-type stories when she was falling asleep to help her with her own issues. As a proud Dad now she is all grown up, I understand how important it was for us to spend one on one time together like this - so please don't look at this program as a replacement for your own time with your children, rather as an additional way of helping them through life's little challenges. In fact it would be nice to listen to this recording together with them while they fall asleep as it only goes for about 25 minutes.
