Never Underestimate the Power of Positive Thinking!

Our thoughts literally create everything. I explain more about this in my recent blog The Riddles of the Mind - Mental Processing. It therefore goes without saying that if our thoughts are negative then so too are our outcomes that we create. In simple terms - think positively and you will have positive outcomes. This extends across every area of our lives from relationships, our finances, career, personal life and essentially how happy we are.

Herein lies the problem/paradox. Many people are basically negative. Without making excuses, much of this blame really rests on our modern society. There are so many things engrained in our society that put us down and make us not feel good enough. The media, TV, government, even our friends and family as a flow-on from this... the list goes on. Sometimes it is hard to think positively because everything is geared us to do the exact opposite

This is exactly why I have created this hypnosis session. It really is a tool to turn all of this around and give you the freedom to think positive and attract great things into your life.

How Does It Work?

Like all of my hypnosis sessions, this one works by giving you many beneficial techniques, suggestions and metaphors for you to act upon subconsciously. This is the source of negative thinking, most of the time pushing out a negative perspective on things before our conscious mind has the opportunity to think twice. Through hypnosis I hope to help replace this autonomous pattern to instead look at all the things that are 'great' instead of what are 'bad'. To look all the reasons why you will succeed rather than fail. Most importantly, to always view the glass as half full rather than half empty. It all begins a small seed of change. This is then nurtured through your own intrinsic ability to put in place what you are presented with through hypnosis, and begin applying this automatically to all parts of your mindset. It is a liberating process, and one which essentially happens automatically and easily the more you listen to the recording.

What is on the recording?

I use a variety of hypnotic suggestions, metaphors and a couple of very powerful techniques to help with your change. These are backed up by a very pleasant relaxation inducing soundtrack of binuaral beats and soft music. The whole process is geared to helping you enter into the optimal state of trance that you require to make change. I speak about:

• How to automatically change your questioning to ask what is good about something rather than what is bad
• How to be more aware of your inner thoughts to create more positive actions
• How to change a negative context into a positive one
• Some special techniques to help reinforce this process in daily life
• Helping make more beneficial choices not only for your emotional wellbeing, but mental and physical too
